Area Sales Manager - Portable Building Hire
Basic to £40,000 plus Car, Pension, Mobile, Laptop
Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Bolton, Stockport, Warrington, Bury, Rochdale

 

If you would like to hire portable buildings to contractors, builders, sub-contractors, councils and utility companies working for a medium sized company that look after their people read on.

 

  • : Do you come from tool hire / plant hire or the portable accommodation sectors?
  • : Do you sell to builders, contractors etc.?
  • : Would you like to cover the traditional North West of England?
  • : Would you like the support of a local management team?
  • : Are you reasonably proficient in Microsoft Office?

 

You will cover the traditional North West region out of Greater Manchester providing site based accommodation solutions like site offices, welfare units, showers, toilets and full meeting room facilities.  Your customer base will be House Builders, Developers, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Councils and Local Authorities.  4 days spent working with both existing clients and finding new customers that you can add to their CRM system.  Fridays is your office day where you can complete expenses and plan and book your appointments for the next week.  You will work within a team of around 30.

 

We need a sales background gained in the hire of products to the construction industry but this could be tool hire, plant hire, formwork, temporary access or naturally within the Portable Building Hire / Temporary Building Hire sector.
