Sales Director - Modular Building
South East
£50K-£60K Basic, £80K plus OTE
Sales Director opportunity within well established
innovative construction company with a growing turnover
(circa £8-£10m) and good credit rating. They are well
respected locally and are looking to expand their client
base further as well as gaining further larger contacts.
ESSENTIAL:
- Do you have a strong background in business development
for Timber Frame and/or Modular Building?
- Can you clearly demonstrate that you have a successful
track record of winning large contracts and major clients?
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in working at senior level
- Strong commercial acumen to negotiate £multi-million
contracts
- Excellent contacts among the target client base of Local
Authority, Education and Commercial clients in South East
England
- Professional approach to developing a sales strategy
- Experienced in methods of lead generation
- Expert at preparing PQQs
