Experienced construction Health & Safety professional to work with a growing manufacturer of fast-track building systems, supplying public and private sector building projects. Your work will involve travel throughout the UK to attend pre-start meetings and carry out site audits, as well as working in the Midlands-based manufacturing HQ. Your health and safety involvement will begin at an early stage of each project, and will continue through to completion / handover where you will be reviewing systems and paperwork, and you will also have a responsibility for health and safety issues in the manufacturing facility. Essential requirements for the role: :: Recognised Health and Safety qualification (eg NEBOSH, IOSH ) and experience in construction health and safety :: Comprehensive knowledge of CDM Regulations and the Considerate Constructors Scheme :: Solid experience in implementing / monitoring the relevant H&S systems and processes ** Experience of evaluating health & safety issues within a manufacturing / factory environment would be highly beneficial ** Key skills may include: health and safety, H&S, CDM, IOSH, NEBOSH, modular building, offsite construction, MMC, Building, manufacturing, HSE |
