We are a technical recruitment
consultancy in a growing niche market with immediate and
very exciting plans for significant expansion and we now
urgently need an organised and ambitious Trainee Recruitment
Consultant / Resourcer to join us.
ARV Solutions is an innovative
recruitment business. We are leaders in the growing offsite
construction and related sectors (engineering, construction
and manufacturing related) and keen to develop in further
technical niche markets including Renewable Energy and Oil
and Gas. We’ve developed a recruitment model that achieves
high success rates focussed upon repeat business and client
referrals, marketing and the development of consultative
client relationships supplying permanent and contract staff.
You will be willing and keen to
ultimately assume client account management
responsibilities, either now or with further training. A
background in HR or recruitment, in construction,
engineering or manufacturing would be helpful although not
essential as a strong desire to learn with a clear aptitude
and ability are just as important.
Advanced systems are in place for
automated job advertising, multi-site online CV search and
watchdog alerts, and candidate registration, leaving more of
your valuable time to consult with candidates and clients.
We work in close partnership with our
clients, many of whom are repeat and/or retained. Business
is both contingency and advertising & selection using a wide
blend of recruitment techniques including the effective use
of social networks.

Essential skills:
Confident manner, articulate face to
face and on the telephone; Ability to comprehend and
document technical information and manage challenging and
very urgent assignments effortlessly; Driving licence;
Computer literate with reasonable typing and database
skills.
