Estimator / Estimating Manager required for an
innovative and rapidly growing supplier of advanced
kitchen and bathroom pods to construction - flexible
on level - ambition and skill essential!
Our client is undergoing a major expansion
programme, following the recruitment of a new Chief
Exec and major private investment into the business,
opening up some serious personal development
opportunities for an ambitious and talented
Estimator seeking a management role.
We are seeking an experienced Estimator, able to
accurately and efficiently prepare estimates with
tight time constraints in a very busy department.
The company design and manufacture advanced kitchen
and bathroom pods as well as modular rooms for
commercial building / construction and housing
clients. Experience of estimating and understanding
specifications of M&E / mechanical and electrical /
building services / plumbing / kitchens / bathrooms
/ pods etc would be beneficial.
Their client list is very healthy and includes long
term business from blue chip clients in hotels, care
homes and student accomodation sectors offering
security, growth and development opportunities.
This is a permanent opportunity with clear
management potential.
