National Sales Manager - Modular Building

On target earnings of circa £60,000 plus car and benefits

Opportunity for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to take on the challenge of managing and developing the sales team and overall sales strategy for a modular building manufacturer with plans for significant growth and development. You will be a confident "can do" character with a strong sales track record and demonstrable motivational and sales management ability.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced candidate that can help develop sustainable and profitable new business areas, and manage a team of 3-4 Regional Sales Managers across the UK, in modular building / construction, park homes / cabins / lodges and similar areas. You will ideally have a background selling construction related products, services or solutions to construction end user clients in both private and public sector.

This is a senior and strategic management role working closely with the General Manager advancing the growth and development of the company. The role is hands on, with your own sales targets, likely covering the South West / South Wales Region as well as major account development, and supporting and developing the team. There is great career potential here for a Manager willing to go the extra mile.

We are seeking a target driven sales professional able to develop and nurture business relationships longer term. You will need to bring a structured and accountable outlook to your work and be familiar with building a sustainable pipeline of future new business. This is very much an involved, technical, solutions lead sales process. You could have involvement with a number of different parties including Local Authorities, Client organisations, Architects, and Contractors.

Location:
You will be based out of the Head office in Worcestershire, with extensive travel throughout the South West and South Wales as well as UK wide.
