Are you experienced in the structural design of timber frame buildings? Seeking an interesting move at the cutting edge of timber frame design.

Here is an opportunity to work with a software development company developing advanced structural engineering / structural analysis / design software and to play a part in moving the timber frame sector forward.

Ideally you will be chartered ( MIStructE / MICE ), or degree qualified at an equivalent level, and have experience of all relevant timber building design codes: BS5268 ( Ideally EC5 european standard too).

The role involves working closely with the software team to further develop structural analysis software for timber frame design: timber frame, floor cassettes, roof truss, floor joists, engineered timber.

Location is flexible throughout the UK, and could include Scotland, South East or Cornwall.
