We are looking for talented people to join the team and
take a key role in making our growth plans happen.
On the back of already record figures in the 1st Quarter
of 2012, ARV Solutions is about to receive significant
further investment enabling us to immediately step up
our plans, and to recruit additional staff.
Further plans include broadening our market
coverage within the offsite construction, manufacturing and construction markets, significantly developing our contract business
to its full potential, and expanding into new
niche markets that suit our skills, and those of staff we
attract to the business.

Solutions
We are very pleased to have the recruitment industry
leader, Paul Jacobs working with us. He is leading
our development through advice on strategic
direction, coaching and mentoring - already proving
invaluable. Paul's 35 years in the
recruitment industry, including spells as MD of Office
Angels, as a main Board Director of Adecco UK & Ireland and
COO of Hudson.
Paul is working closely with us to help us grow and
develop through attracting and retaining clients, candidates
and most importantly colleagues.

Our Approach
Whilst strong personal drive is essential, and sales
ability important to succeed in this role, we don't operate in a
hard sell telesales environment often perceived of
recruitment agencies. ARV Solutions take a more mature and
intuitive approach, designed to promote repeat and referral business,
aided with effective and valued adding
marketing strategies. This has brought success to
date, and is the cornerstone of how we are looking to
professionally develop future business.
