We have a track record in senior appointments which we are proud to have achieved and will strive to sustain, with long term success rates above 90% in filling Senior and Executive roles, and more recently a 100% record, for all clients committing to working with us on a retained basis.

We commit our most senior people and fullest resources to understanding your needs and sourcing the very best candidates for these critical strategic roles.

  • We have succeeded in finding a Chief Executive who could not come from the client’s sector – so the established route of competitor mapping couldn’t work.
  • We successfully won an assignment and sourced the Sales Director for a 15,000 employee construction supplier against competition from two of the biggest names in the recruitment sector.

We work on a retained basis for executive level recruitment, charging one third of the anticipated fee on confirmation of assignment (non refundable), a further third once the successful candidate has confirmed acceptance of an offer, and the final third on start date.
