With operations in 22 countries worldwide and depots in 40 locations, this is a customer service focused business delivering modular and portable accommodation for long-term hire.

 

The role 

 

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the development of business from existing clients and from prospective new clients within your given geographical area. You will be providing account management services to selected clients, using market knowledge to identify prospective clients and negotiating profitable contracts for the business. 

 

Reporting directly to Head of Sales and working alongside existing Area Sales Managers and Internal Sales team you will be responsible for generating hire revenue for the business through building and maintaining strong relationships with target customers to win profitable contracts for the hire of the company's extensive range of portable accommodation and modular buildings.

 

About you

 

Field sales experience selling modular and portable accommodation 

Clear and effective communication skills 

Able to demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Customer service focused
