You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, a national business with a local feel and the opportunity to work on exciting projects in an environment where no two days are the same.   

 

The role 

 

As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for the hire and sale of the company's modular accommodation as well as seeking opportunities to establish framework agreements with specific target groups. 

 

You will be involved in identifying and creating new business opportunities as well as developing existing relationships with key clients within your area. You will be working with architects, contractors, local authorities, cost consultants, SME's and blue-chip companies throughout the North West.  

 

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, assisted by the technical team and using your understanding of the market, you will be negotiating and winning profitable contracts for the business for either hire or purchase of the company's modular offering. 

 

About you 

 

Field Sales based experience, selling permanent modular or modular hire

Self-disciplined & highly organised 

Excellent communicator

Strong numerical skills 

Customer service focused 

Confident and able to adapt to different environments

Team Player
