ARV Solutions are a leading and growing recruitment consultancy, and specialise in the most innovative areas of manufacturing for the construction sector. We are immediately looking for a talented marketing professional to take on our wide-ranging marketing and social media outputs as maternity cover.


Our business development strategy is unusually marketing focused for a recruitment business. We have moved away from the outdated direct selling approach of much of the industry and focus on marketing activities to draw new clients and the best candidates to us.


We maintain a proactive social media presence, only email market our clients and candidates with added value content, physically exhibit at trade shows, regularly write thought leadership articles for press and online media, and maintain our website with useful information and news items.


As a business we are market leaders in recruiting for timber frame, modular building and the wider offsite and construction, and sustainability sectors across the UK and Internationally. Our dedicated team have a genuine passion and love of our industry. We take pride in understanding the needs of both candidate and client to ensure the very best match. We offer genuine considered advice and guidance based on our unrivaled knowledge and enthusiasm for our industry. 


  • Plan and implement our social media strategy, specifically on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook to promote job vacancies, services, industry news. 
  • Updating job advertising to external websites, use of CMS would be an advantage but is not essential. 
  • Data cleansing and updating the company database, to work towards compliance with GDPR.
  • Good graphic design skills and be able to produce visuals and images for use across social media platforms.
  • Written skills are important for writing, or improving various outputs.
  • Plenty of opportunity to bring new ideas and get involved in other aspects of the business.


This is a part-time position, circa 3 days a week, hours and days can be flexible. 

  • Based in lovely modern offices in Bradley Stoke
  • We do all we can to look after our staff with office shower, easy free parking, great break out area, and a pleasant friendly work environment.
  • And free breakfast sandwiches on a Friday!
