Sales & Project Manager - Modular Buildings 
North West (Liverpool, Warrington, Altrincham, Bolton, Wigan, Ormskirk, Widnes)
Salary to £45,000 basic + bonus + car

The Role:


As the Sales & Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and hire projects from a wide range of clients with values from £10,000 to £1,000 000. You will be working on wide ranging projects, typically classrooms, offices, sport and leisure facilities etc. 


As the Sales & Project Manager you will be involved in the entire sales process from inception to completion, from taking enquiries from potential clients, understanding their needs and developing into projects. You will be carrying out site visits, designing, costing, quoting, planning, ordering and managing all activities from start to finish. 


As a senior member of the team, you will be involved in developing the company strategy and future of the business.


About you:


  • Previous project management experience coupled with the ability to sell
  • Experience within the Modular sector
  • Strong time management
  • Strong relationship builder 
  • Confident, friendly individual
  • Customer service focused 


The rewards: 


Basic Salary to £45,000
