Sales Manager – Commercial Projects Salary to £42,000 basic plus up to 25% bonus, car & benefits Banbury, Oxford, Buckingham, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Dunstable, Northampton, Towcester, Daventry, Coventry, Solihull
A leading global provider of highly integrated temporary and semi-permanent space solutions selling into the events and commercial sectors is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.
When you join this business, you will be involved in identifying and implementing sales strategy for the commercial division to enable you to meet and exceed sales and margin targets.
As sales manager, you will be networking and establishing relationships with key decision makers in order to generate profitable new revenue for the business as well as managing existing key accounts to maximise sales.
You will be delivering long-term rental and sales solutions into the commercial sector, from refurbishment projects to additional infrastructure for commercial expansion programmes - transport, warehousing, additional manufacturing capacity, education facilities, business continuity and emergency response and shops and showrooms

Experience in a field-based sales role with experience of delivering “big ticket sales”
Previous experience selling steel framed or modular buildings a distinct advantage
Excellent communicator with strong networking skills
Developed negotiation skills
Confident and outgoing individual with natural gravitas
Salary basic up to £42,000
Bonus up to 25% of basic Salary
Fully expensed company car
