We have a great opportunity for a successful modular sales person to join a major league modular building manufacturer who operate with a variety of stake holders either directly or through frameworks. You will cover the North East of England to the Scottish border, selling into a variety of sectors including healthcare, construction, defence, rail with particular successes for this company within the education sector. Generally, the builds are large and multi million and would suit an individual who has operated well with projects over a million.
You will be fully supported by both their commercial bid, design and estimating teams as well as a large UK based manufacturing facility which has a good reputation for delivering quality permanent buildings. Your points of contact will include Architects, planners, sub-contractors, main contractors and naturally clients directly.
Field sales-based experience
Extensive experience selling permanent modular buildings
Long-term hire experience desirable but not essential
Strong relationship builder and business developer
Customer service focused
Self-disciplined & highly organised individual
Salary basic to £50,000 (commensurate with experience)
Uncapped commission OTE to £90,000 in first year
