- Have you managed an Internal and External Sales team who sell construction products?
- Can you demonstrate good people management skills whilst leading from the front?
- Have you had involvement with Architects, Main Contractors and Large Plot Builders for commercial and house building projects?
Your responsibilities within this role will be to manage both an internal sales team and external field based business developers. You will be joining a company who have very ambitious growth plans who have significant manufacturing capacity for structural build based product and who want to double their turnover within the next five years.
Supported by a strong management team who are very committed to achieve the company's ambitious growth plans you will play a key role in driving both the turnover and company profitability. Whilst this is very much a sales management role you will certainly play a personal part in achieving the sales forecast.
We feel that this is an exciting opportunity to join a company with big growth plans which is backed by a scalable manufacturing unit based within the North West of England.
Given their location and the need to manage both internal and external people they would prefer to interview candidates who are within commuter distance to the North West or actually live within the Greater Manchester conurbations.
