Salary basic to £55,000 plus Commission & Car Allowance

The Company:

 

As a recruitment expert within SIPs and timber frame manufacturing, ARV Solutions has been commissioned to source a committed, professional and team orientated Sales Manager with a passion for sustainable construction.

 

This manufacturing company is one of the UK's leading players in providing design, estimation and manufacturing of SIPs building solutions for the Self-build, Commercial and Education markets. 

 

The Role:

 

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue within the South East of England, covering London and the Home Counties. 

 

You will be targeting a mixture of main contractors, architects and regional housebuilders within the agreed geographical area to sell the company's SIPs Solutions. 

 

You will be involved with projects from initial concept through to delivery, with overall responsibility for negotiating profitable contracts and closing for business.

 

About you:

 

Previous experience within a field-based sales role 

Experience selling structural products to main contractors 

Strong negotiator, able to close for business 

Excellent communicator

Outgoing & Ambitious individual 

 

The rewards:

 

Basic salary to £55,000

Generous commission structure
