In this new role as Systems Integration Engineer you will be taking responsibility for ensuring effective functionality of hardware, software and network, supporting and developing systems linked directly to the Manufacturing Execution Systems.  You will be using your analytical and hands-on abilities in problem-solving situations, bringing together applications developed by the various teams within the business.   You will be taking both an immediate problem-solving approach and a longer-term, strategic view.  Day to day tasks will include data collection, analysing performance and measurement systems, as well as data file support.

  • Possessing good IT, technical and programming skills, with proven experience in CAD/CAM
  • Analytical and strategic thinker 
  • Knowledge of processes within a manufacturing environment - offsite construction / MMC experience would be of particular interest
  • Experienced in programming PLCs, particularly with software with both CAD and manufacturing applications
  • Qualified to degree level in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology and experienced in manufacturing 
  • Able to work with SAP, PP, PM, MES
  • Familiar with Measurement Systems Analysis and Database 2 Visual Basic
