From here we forward relevant short-listed CVs with our qualifying notes on each candidate, and manage the rest of the recruitment process in line with your processes.
Our searchable database has over 30,000 candidates gathered over 9 years, some of which are actively looking, others passively interested in a good step up, and many with whom we can network and discuss referrals. We have additional far reaching systems in place to ensure all relevant candidates registering on job boards are notified to us, made aware of ARV Solutions and relevant vacancies.
We have extensive online advertising agreements in place with well known job boards and niche industry sites as well as our own. Our vacancies are accurately published across the web directly from our recruitment systems, simultaneously and immediately. We use more widespread advertising than many far larger agencies, and are carry out regular research into emerging sites.
